Paper Submission

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

 

Formatting

Each paper is recommended to be with 5-8 pages, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the ICFEE 2024 specific template below:

Authors should submit your full paper or abstract in pdf format through Electronic Submission System

 

Review Process

• By submitting a paper to ICFEE, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that takes into account this feedback.
• All papers are reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors'names and affiliations in the manuscript will not be seen by the reviewers, so reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
• The Committees of ICFEE invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organising the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.

Publication Ethics and Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. We reserve the right to report the plagiarism behavior to the author's affiliation.
