Registration

All the authors need to complete the registration first in order for participation. Please choose the correct role to attend the conference and pay the registration fee accordingly.

Delegate registration is open till February 10, 2025.

A minimum of 1500 words in the main text excluding title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords and references
A minimum of 3 Figures/Tables
A minimum of 10 references in “References” section per article

Extra pages will be purchased at $30 (US dollars) per extra page.

One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one USB proceedings and hard copy of the journal.
If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please send email to icfee@academic.net. (Only Ph.D holder can apply)

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to icfee@academic.net.

2. Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..
3. All refund applications need to follow the regulations below.

 

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of Co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the ICFEE Conference Secretary by February 10, 2025. 30% processing fee is required after December 10, 2024. Cancellations received after February 10, 2025, will NOT be dismissed and registration fees will not be refund.
